The structure is a 2,000 square foot equestrian barn. The main level consists of horse stalls and storage. A spiral staircase leads to the office and loft apartment on the second level. An observation silo is connected to the barn via an open-air skywalk. The building is constructed of douglas fir, southern yellow pine, concrete, and glass.
