A single level with three bedrooms, this residence is oriented toward a swimming pool and outdoor cooking area. The open floor plan affords most rooms access both visually and physically to the pool and courtyard. The pool features a water fall, and underground grotto. In 2003, the residence received the Arkansas Chapter AIA Merit Award. The Arkansas Readymixed Concrete Association awarded the residence the Excellence in Concrete Construction Award in 2003.
