Maurice Jennings worked as a self-employed builder and surveyor while pursuing his Bachelor of Architecture degree which he received in 1973. Maurice was employed by Euine Fay Jones, Architect in 1973 and worked with Fay Jones for 25 years. He became the first Associate in Fay Jones and Associates Architects in 1976 and became Fay Jones' only partner in Fay Jones + Maurice Jennings Architects ten years later. The partnership of Maurice Jennings + David McKee Architects was established in 1998. In 2006 the firm became Maurice Jennings Architects.
Walter Jennings received his Bachelor of Architecture along with Minors in Physics and Studio Art from the University of Arkansas in 2001. He acquired his LEED Certification in 2002.
