This family retreat is sited at the edge of a bluff allowing a projecting balcony to cantilever out towards the dramatic view. A bridge connects the auto court to the main entry. The loft serves as a home office and guest bedroom and over looks the grand main space while the lower level contains private areas such as bedroom and bathrooms. The main level is kept open allowing the living, dining and kitchen functions to all share a common space. The residence was awarded the Arkansas Chapter AIA Honor Award in 2005.
